Pre Order guideline:

– No refund after I placed the order, however the last day request refund is Jan 5th, 2012

– Please note that every plush is packaged and shipped from Japan therefore please be patient.

– If you wish to buy insurance, I’ll be happy to do that for you and send you a quote. sorry that I can’t be responsible for any damage or lose of the item.

– Please make payment as early as possible, that will help me finalize orders and reserve items on time.
